Esure is a scam, they made an error with (only updating a new vehicles registration , when I clearly said that "I have bought a new vehicle today and would like to insurance it on my current policy removing the other vehicle"
Customer service confirmed that everything was perfect to go and charged me the extra money for the new vehicle on the policy.
I had an accident recently and when I called them for assistance, they've said that the vehicle suppose to be the old vehicle that I have removed, though reg was for my current vehicle and if I want assistances from them, I have to pay them 500 pounds otherwise no help.
Accident was caused by third party's and liability was accepted after 2 weeks of accident where I had calls from third party insurancers accepting the fact that the Accident was caused by them. Esure are denying that "Liability was accepted but last week after almost 3 month, they say that they're denying liability" which is not true.
I have not been provided with any curtesy vehicle even though I had it on my policy, I'm paying £350 every month for nothing. I had a temporary vehicle for 2 week on the policy but that has been taken away by people who provided. I'm keep calling and asking to cancel my insurance but they're denying this and says this claim has to be closed until you can cancel policy or pay the full amount for the premium.
I have been on holiday as well, the vehicle on the policy is not being used.
I have paid for 3 month for nothing.
I'm currently speaking to my lawyer, we will be around.
All your customer service and specialist team are scams. All of them give you false information, different dates. I have recorded all of the chats.
